Welcome to Human Creative ("Platform"), operated by Human Creative, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our Platform.

• Usage Data: Platform interactions, preferences, and all content creation and editing activity logs.

5. Human Auditors

a. Our Human Auditors are not allowed to disclose any information related to user file contents to anyone outside of the Human Auditor Network. They are not allowed to disclose details of a user's file content to other employees at Human Creative. They may not copy, share, disseminate, or replicate any of your written content, at any time, or for any purpose, to others inside of the Human Creative auditor network, to other employees at Human Creative, or to anyone outside of the company. Intellectual property is retained by the user and is pro-actively being protected.

b. Auditors may reference file contents to Superiors in the Human Auditor Network only for the scope of addressing disputed files (a disputed file is a file which a human auditor has rejected for human auditor approval, but has been appealed by the user to a Superior for review). In the case of a disputed file, file contents may be referenced solely for the purposes of evaluating the human originality or generated qualities of the content. The content of user files is nevertheless guarded by the same rights and protections of 5a.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• Access & Update: Review and modify your personal details.
• Opt-out: Manage your communication preferences or request data deletion.
• Restrict Processing: Limit data collection based on Platformlicable laws.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
